1. Dancing full-out means giving 100% of your energy and effort to your movement and performance. You're not just going through the motions, you're fully committing.

2. It’s important because it allows the audience to understand your story and the emotion you are trying to express in it. In marking you dont see that. It also gives you confidence and looks more natural when going through the movements.

3. The most challenging tips for me: Getting enough sleep the night before. I tend to get nervous and overthink, so it’s hard to quiet my mind before bed. Coping with stage fright.

The tips I’ve already accomplished: Setting time to practice on my own. Keeping a timeline and schedule. Finding out costume requirements. Attending rehearsal. Preparing physically and mentally. Arriving promptly on show day.
